First, let’s know what discount capping is. It is the maximum discount that users can get that will be limited to the amount you set.
To set a discount cap, go to WordPress Dashboard > EchoRewards > Referral Settings.
Then Look for the “Discount Capping” option and enter the amount you want to set the limit to.
